What can five minutes a day realistically do?
A daily five-minute lesson is enough to maintain steady practice. Over a month, you can typically move about one stage up the learning scale, depending on your starting level, consistency, and assessment results.
Is this mainly logic theory?
No. Formal logic is one module. You also practice evaluating everyday claims, spotting fallacies and biases, finding root causes, generating options, improving group decisions, and leading strategic innovation.
Can I use my own work or personal problem?
