Kampster anti-spam policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

Kampster prohibits using unsolicited messages to advertise or promote kampster.com, Kampster products, or Kampster services. This policy applies to Kampster DOO, Kampster Pte. Ltd., and anyone promoting Kampster on our behalf, including employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, and creator partners. It covers email and other direct electronic messages, whether sent individually or in bulk.

2. Permission to send promotional messages

Promotional messages require the recipient's prior, affirmative permission to receive that type of communication from Kampster. Senders must be able to explain when and how that permission was obtained and must respect its scope.

A publicly listed address, a verified email address, a business role, or a social media connection does not by itself establish permission. Registering for an account or making a purchase does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional messages.

We prohibit:

  • Unsolicited cold promotional messages and follow-ups to those messages.
  • Using purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party contact lists without documented permission from each recipient to receive the proposed Kampster promotion.
  • Treating silence or failure to unsubscribe as consent.
  • Misleading sender identities, subject lines, links, or claims of a prior conversation.
  • Contacting someone who has opted out, or changing senders, accounts, or providers to bypass an opt-out or complaint.

We may respond to requests for information, demonstrations, or support and continue conversations within the scope of those requests. A request for a demonstration does not automatically subscribe someone to future marketing.

Account access, security, billing, and other necessary service messages may still be sent when marketing is turned off. They must serve their stated purpose and must not be used to bypass a promotional opt-out. Optional learning reminders and marketing have separate email preferences.

4. Unsubscribing and handling complaints

Promotional messages must identify the sender and provide a clear way to stop further promotional contact. You can use the unsubscribe or email-preferences link provided in a message, ask the sender to stop, or contact help@kampster.com. You do not need to create an account or pay a fee to opt out.

Senders must honor opt-outs promptly, stop pending promotional follow-ups, and check their suppression records before further sending. Addresses associated with spam complaints or permanent delivery failures must be excluded from further promotional sending. A suppressed address must not be re-added through a list import or a change of sending provider. A promotional opt-out may be reversed only when the recipient gives fresh permission.

5. Partners and enforcement

Agencies, affiliates, and creator partners must follow this policy when promoting Kampster, including when they use their own mailing systems. They must retain evidence of permission and cooperate with investigations of reported messages.

We review reported violations and may require sending to stop, removal of affected recipients from promotional lists, or correction of sending practices. We may also suspend promotional access or terminate a partner relationship, subject to the applicable agreement. Our Creator Partner Program Terms contain additional requirements for creator partners.

6. Report an unwanted message

Send reports of unwanted messages promoting Kampster to help@kampster.com. Include the sender, the date, and a copy of the message. Original headers or an attached original email file help us identify the sending service and investigate. Do not include passwords or payment information.

For information about how we handle personal data and privacy requests, see our Privacy Policy. Legal questions can be sent to legal@kampster.com.
