Kampster provides all prospective users with free plan access and, where available, free trial access to our platform, allowing you to experience our educational content, AI-powered learning system, and platform features before making any purchase decision. We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly explore and evaluate the Service through the free plan or free trial to ensure it meets your educational needs and expectations.
Subscription purchases made on the Kampster platform are generally non-refundable once the subscription is activated and the Service has been accessed.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed and managed by the respective platform. Kampster does not directly process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
The limited refund eligibility described in Section 2 applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through our website (https://kampster.com) via Stripe. For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, you must follow the respective platform's refund process as described above.
You may cancel any active subscription at any time. How you cancel depends on where you subscribed:

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal may not prevent the next charge.
Beyond the limited refund eligibility in Section 2, Kampster recognizes that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. In such cases, users may contact our support team to request consideration of their specific situation.
If you believe your situation constitutes an exceptional circumstance:
All exceptional circumstance requests are reviewed entirely at Kampster's sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request for any reason beyond what is legally required.
If you believe a charge was made to your payment method without your authorization, you must notify us immediately at help@kampster.com. We will investigate all reports of unauthorized charges promptly.
If you identify a billing error (such as being charged an incorrect amount), please contact us at help@kampster.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors.
We encourage you to contact us at help@kampster.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting Kampster may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
