1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

1.1 Free Trial Access

Kampster provides all prospective users with generous free trial access to our platform, allowing you to experience our educational content, AI-powered learning system, and platform features before making any purchase decision. We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly explore and evaluate the Service through this free trial period to ensure it meets your educational needs and expectations.

1.2 No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Kampster platform, including subscription plans and individual course purchases, are final and non-refundable once the purchase transaction is completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

  1. You have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Service through our free trial access
  2. You understand the nature, features, and limitations of the product or service you are purchasing
  3. Your purchase is final and no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law
  4. This no-refund policy applies to all forms of payment and all purchase types

This policy exists because:

  • All users have access to free trial content before purchasing, allowing informed decision-making
  • Our Service provides immediate access to digital educational content upon purchase
  • The nature of digital content makes it impossible to "return" knowledge or content accessed

If you believe your situation constitutes an exceptional circumstance warranting consideration, you may:

2.3 No Guarantee of Refund

IMPORTANT: Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be granted. All requests are reviewed entirely at Kampster's sole discretion, and we reserve the right to deny any refund request for any reason. We make no promises, representations, or guarantees that any refund will be provided under any circumstances beyond what is legally required.

2.4 Examples of Non-Qualifying Circumstances

The following circumstances do NOT constitute exceptional cases and will not be considered for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of time to use the purchased content
  • Personal financial circumstances or budget constraints
  • Purchase by mistake or without full consideration
  • Failure to utilize the purchased content or subscription
  • Availability of alternative or competitive products
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences
  • Technical difficulties that can be resolved through support

3. MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU/EEA/SWITZERLAND RESIDENTS)

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer habitually residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days, subject to the exceptions below.

When you purchase digital content or services from Kampster, you are required to provide express consent to immediate performance and delivery of the digital content. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you:

  1. Expressly request immediate access to the digital educational content and services
  2. Acknowledge that such immediate access results in the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal
  3. Understand that once you begin accessing the digital content, you forfeit your right to withdraw from the purchase

This waiver is necessary because digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed, and our Service provides immediate access upon purchase completion.

3.3 Exercise of Right of Withdrawal (Where Not Waived)

In the unlikely event that you have not yet accessed any digital content and have not waived your right of withdrawal, you may exercise this right by contacting us within 14 days of your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an unequivocal statement to:

4. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any active subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting help@kampster.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period

4.2 Single Course Purchases

Individual course purchases provide permanent access to the purchased course content and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase is completed and content is accessed.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES

5.1 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was made to your payment method without your authorization, you must notify us immediately at help@kampster.com. We will investigate all reports of unauthorized charges promptly.

5.2 Billing Errors

If you identify a billing error (such as being charged an incorrect amount), please contact us at help@kampster.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed billing errors.
